WHO WE ARE
Founded by Mohamed Oummih, English for Africa (EfA) is the result of 25 years of global teaching and training experience. Bringing pedagogical practices from Singapore, South Africa, North America, and beyond, Mr. Oummih saw an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in Morocco. EfA is rooted in the belief that Moroccan teachers and learners deserve access to the best in English language education, adapted to their unique needs and contexts.
OUR MISSION AND APPROACH
At English for Africa, our mission is to deliver world-class, practical, and affordable teacher training and language education. By blending international pedagogical standards with local contexts, we empower teachers to inspire their students and create impactful learning environments.
Our approach is grounded in the principles of modern communicative language teaching. This philosophy emphasizes:
-
Self-expression and Individualism: Students learn best when they can express themselves as they acquire new skills.
-
Community and Connection: Group dynamics and trust between teachers and students are essential to fostering meaningful communication.
-
Adaptability and Local Relevance: We tailor global teaching methodologies to suit the unique needs of educators and learners, ensuring our programs remain impactful.

OUR IMPACT
At EfA, we’re proud to make a difference in classrooms and communities:
